Shipping Information

We aim to despatch your parcel within 24 hours wherever possible - please allow for weekends, public holidays and bank holidays. All our products ship via either Australia Post Standard or Fastway Courier and usually arrive within 3-5 working days, however please be aware that delivery time is subject to postage and handling times. Packages may require a signature upon delivery. Standard shipping is available via the online store.

 

URGENT OR ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF POSTAGE

We try and cater for our customers as best as we can, so if there is a need for urgent posting and delivery then please contact us for your options and pricing. Express post service is available however please note that overnight delivery is dependent upon the suburb in which you live. Please check with Australia Post for further information regarding transit times to your area.

We are also able to accommodate for alternative methods of postage/freight, i.e. courier (Fastway or TNT Express) so please contact us if this is something you require. This is appropriate for large orders or business addresses.

 

DISPATCH TIMES

Please note we do not post on weekends and public holidays. We endeavour to process and despatch all orders within 24 hours once your order has been placed and paid for. Please note K2 Baseball/Softball will only despatch after an order has been paid for and the funds received in full.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Within Australia: please allow 3-7 business days***

Internationally:  please allow 7-10 business days***

We aim to have your items delivered to you as soon as possible, however please be aware that delivery time can take longer with postage holdups through no fault of K2 Baseball/Softball.

 

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS & RETURNED PARCELS

If there is a case where an incorrect address was given or a parcel has been returned to K2 Baseball/Softball as undelivered, there will be an extra charge for re-delivery. K2 Baseball/Softball DOES NOT take responsibility for lost parcels. ALL quires and concerns regarding transit/delivery time after the items have left our warehouse must be directed to Australia Post or the applicable courier along with your tracking number (as supplied to you at the time of despatch).

 

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as the order is placed. If your item has not been paid for e.g. order has been placed however payment via bank transfer has not yet been processed, then K2 Baseball/Softball will cancel the order. If you have paid for your item but we have not yet posted it than you will receive a full refund via the same means as paid (i.e. credit card or PayPal).
